Hal is running for Favorite Male Vocalist at New Country Star.Com for February.

Six of Hal’s fans will have a chance to win an autographed CD and poster by helping spread the word to get him votes.

Here is how you will have a chance to win:

1. Add Hal’s NCS banner and the NCS link to your myspace page

2. Post a bulletin with them and this message and ask all your friends to re-post it

3.Send Hal a message to let him know you did it.

At the end of the voting he will draw Six of his myspace friends that participated and all will be notified and asked to send him info where to mail your CD and poster to!
